CIRCULAR
I have been directed to communicate to all concerned that all advertisement designs in print media, hoardings, T.V. sports, radio jingles or departmental brochures need to be compulsorily approved by the Hon'ble C.M. with a view to ensure standardization in the quality, aesthetic appeal and message in the designs which are communicated to various media. All H.O.Ds need to keep the above instructions in mind while advertising and get at least two designs prepared by the each empanelled media agencies and the same need to be put up to he Hon'ble C.M. through the Administrative Secretary and the Hon'ble Minister in-charge. For advertising in radio or T.V., a detailed instruction is already issued by this Directorate Vide No.4(332)/DIP/AV/2007/1547-1553 dated 23-3-2007 which may be seen in DIP's site:
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
