ORDER
In spite of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Chief Minister directing all departments to seek approval from the Chief Minister for display advertisements, circulated vide Circular No. 4(332)/DIP/AV/2007/1547-1553 dated 23.3.2007 and No. 2179-2184 dated 15.5.2007, it has been noticed that certain departments are flouting the instructions of the circular. Hon'ble Chief Minister has taken a very adverse view of this violation. All Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and Heads of Departments are hereby warned that any such violation of the provisions/directions of various circulars, w.e.f. today i.e 11.4.2008, shall attract penalty of adverse entries in the ACRs of the concerned offices. Director, Information & Publicity is directed not to issue the DIP number untill clearance is obtained from the Chief Minister's office. All Secrataries to the Ministers are directed to bring it to the notice of all the Ministers and ensure compliance. Violation of the directins shall attract adverse entries in the ACRs of Secretaries to Minister.
