- Photo Exhibition on Mahatma Gandhi – Faces of Peace and Freedom organized at Delhi Secretariat
- Minister of Art, Culture and Languages Shri Kapil Mishra inaugurates the exhibition
The Photo exhibition on Mahatma Gandhi – The faces of Peace and freedom was today organized at Delhi Secretariat by the Department of Art, Culture and Languages on the occasion of Martyrs day. The rare photographs on the life and deeds of the father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi mounted in the exhibition which will remain open up till Friday of this week. Minister of Art, Culture and Languages Shri Kapil Mishra inaugurated the exhibition. The conceptualizer of the exhibition Shri Suraj Sadan a teacher and curator organized this rare exhibition of photograph on Mahatma Gandhi.
Secretary Art, Culture and Languages Shri N. K. Sharma, Secretary Punjabi Academy, Gurbhej Singh Goraya, Dy. Secretary, Sahitya Kala Parisad, Ms Sindhu Mishra were also present.
One rare picture showing Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela was the prime attraction of the exhibition.
