  • Delhi government on Tuesday directed all its departments to submit their respective action plans for next three years.

This decision was taken in a meeting of all department heads chaired by the Deputy Chief Minister Mr Manish Sisodia, in which it was also decided to set-up nine working groups to be headed by various heads of departments.

The working groups have to prepare their action plans for next three years by 16th January 2017.  These working groups can add officers from various departments in their teams.

They can also take help from educational institutes, universities and experts from the civil society in their work.

The Planning Department of Delhi government will monitor the entire process. Mr Sisodia said every HoD should make a blueprint of where they want their department to be in three years from now.

Mr Sisodia said the HoDs should also make an estimate of how much money would be required for their projects and what other requirements would be there for implementation in decision making.

Mr Sisodia said the blueprints should include targets for six months, one year, two years and three years.

The Deputy Chief Minister said the Central Government has asked all the states to prepare the vision documents for the year 2030 and the action plan for next three years should be prepared keeping the long term goals in mind. The Delhi government document will be sent to the Niti Aayog.

सभी विभाग अगले 3 साल एक्शन प्लान बनाएंगे
 
- उप-मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने सभी विभागों के प्रमुखों के साथ बैठक करके दिए निर्देश
- विभाग प्रमुखों की अध्यक्षता में इसके लिए 9 वर्किंग ग्रुप बनाए जाएंगे

नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली सरकार ने अपने सभी विभागों को अगले तीन साल का एक्शन प्लान बनाने का निर्देश दिया है। इस संबंध में उप-मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने मंगलवार को सभी विभागों के प्रमुखों के साथ एक बैठक की। इसके तहत 9 वर्किंग ग्रुप बनाए जाएंगे जिसकी अध्यक्षता दिल्ली सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों के प्रमुख करेंगे।
इन वर्किंग ग्रुप्स को 16 जनवरी, 2017 तक अगले तीन साल का एक्शन प्लान बनाने को कहा गया है। ये वर्किंग ग्रुप्स अन्य विभागों के अधिकारियों को अपने साथ शामिल कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा ये एजुकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट्स, यूनिवर्सिटीज और सिविल सोसाइटीज से जुड़े एक्सपर्ट्स की भी मदद ले सकते हैं।
दिल्ली सरकार का प्लानिंग विभाग इस पूरी प्रक्रिया को मॉनीटर करेगा। बैठक में मनीष सिसोदिया ने कहा कि हर विभाग प्रमुख अपने विभाग को अगले तीन साल में कहां खड़ा देखना चाहता है, इसका एक ब्लू प्रिंट बनाकर दें।
उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि इसके लिए कितना पैसा चाहिए और डिसीजन मेकिंग को लेकर क्या-क्या जरूरतें हैं, ये भी बताएं। उप-मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ब्लू प्रिंट में 6 महीने, 1 साल, 2 साल और 3 साल के अपने टारगेट के बारे में भी बताएं।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने भी सभी राज्यों से 2030 तक का विजन डाक्युमेंट्स तैयार करने को कहा है। इसलिए अगले तीन साल के एक्शन प्लान के आधार पर ही अगले 7 साल की रणनीति के डाक्युमेंट्स तैयार किए जाएं और इसी आधार पर ही अगले 15 साल के विजन डाक्युमेंट्स तैयाार किए जाएं। इन डाक्युमेंट्स को नीति आयोग को भेजा जाना है।
