- Delhi Government sets up unified control room for Monsoon
- Complaints can be lodged regarding water logging and related problems
- Toll free number 1800118595 started for general public
Public Works Department (PWD) of the Delhi Government has set-up a unified control room for the period of Monsoon. The unified control room will receive complaints of water logging from the general public and will further assign them to the concerned office/department for immediate action and resolution.
The public can call on toll free number: 1800118595 to lodge their complaints on the problem of water logging. The control room will intimate various departments concerning Flood Control.
The control room will work 24*7 for the service of the people of Delhi and to ensure they don’t face any problem. The complaints and the control will also be monitored by the government of Delhi.

नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली में जलभराव की समस्या से निपटने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार ने तैयारियां शुरू कर दी है। इसी क्रम में पीडब्ल्यूडी ने जलभराव की समस्याओं की शिकायत के लिए एक कंट्रोल रूम शुरू कर दिया गया है। दिल्ली के किसी भी कोने में जलभराव संबंधी शिकायत कंट्रोल रूम के टोल फ्री नंबर 1800118595 पर किया जा सकता है। ये कंट्रोल रूम 24 घंटे काम करेगा। यहां आने वाली शिकायतों की मॉनिटरिंग भी की जाएगी। कंट्रोल रूम में शिकायत आने के बाद इसे संबंधित विभाग को भेजा जाएगा जो जल्द से जल्द जलभराव की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए काम करेंगे।
